For as long as I have been photographing weddings in Oregon, I have always dreamed about photographing at the breathtaking campus of Lewis & Clark College. When I heard that Jeremy Chou would not only be hosting a workshop here in Oregon, but also would be having one of the shoots at that particular campus, I had to do it. From the minute that myself and the other photographers stepped onto the campus and took in all the gorgeous details that stylist Tristan Needham designed- we were stunned. The table setting was full of the most beautiful pale pink flowers, flowing fabrics and candles continuously being blown out by the harsh wind. The cake was simple and perfectly executed. The invitation suite was gorgeously styled. Our couple looked so elegant and timeless. Kiley’s dress was so unique and pretty. David looked so sharp and timeless. I could have photographed all of the amazing details forever. This workshop was a life changing experience, and this shoot will always remain one of my favorites. Between taking in all of the knowledge that Jeremy had for us, learning to shoot medium format film and making lifelong friends- I will always cherish these photos and this day.
